The scientists supported by the “Science for Sustainable Development” program will meet on 23 and 24 January 2017 with other experts and the interested public for a joint exchange at Schloss Herrenhausen in Hanover.
A total of 15 research projects on “Sustainability” have been funded by the Volkswagen Foundation since 2014 together with the State of Lower Saxony within the Niedersächsischen Vorab.
The status symposium provides space for the presentation of the research projects and their results so far. At the same time, the project participants should be able to network and to exchange experiences regarding the content and organizational aspects of project management. Future applicants will also be given the opportunity to learn about the modalities of the application.
